Gets its name by the maximum number of points acquired when shooting a PERFECT round with 10 points/arrow target rules which is 300
Usually a single round of scoring shot at an indoor location
Distances usually shot:
- 9 Meters or 10 Yards - by U10 Yeoman or ages under 10 only and usually very rarely depending on jurisdiction and tournament level
- 18 Meters or 20 Yards - MOST common by all ages
- 25 Meters or 25 Yards - by U18 Cadet or ages 15+ only and usually very rarely depending on jurisdiction and tournament level
Most Common Arrow Layout: 3 arrows / end x 10 ends = 30 arrows.
Perfect Score: 30 arrows x 10 points per arrow = 300 points
